What Are Motor Mats?

 

My Motor Mat is a versatile 54” x 36” portable, reusable, and customizable solution designed to enhance a wide range of therapeutic activities. Specifically crafted to work seamlessly with our sensory path graphics, My Motor Mat enables therapists to develop dynamic movement-based interventions.

Our thoughtfully designed sensory path graphics support the targeting of vestibular, proprioceptive, and praxis skills, while our alphabet and math packs are designed to address key developmental areas such as visual discrimination, letter recognition, visual scanning, sequencing, number sense, directionality, form constancy, following directions, neuromuscular retraining, problem-solving, and gross motor skills.

Easily adaptable, My Motor Mat allows for the creation of endless movement activities by simply rearranging or updating the graphics. This flexibility ensures that therapists can continuously tailor activities to meet the unique needs of each individual.


For convenient storage, simply remove all graphics and return them to their designated graphic sheets. The mat can then be rolled up and stored in the included carry bag. My Motor Mats are easily cleaned with warm soapy water or disinfected using alcohol wipes prior to storage. To maintain the graphics, clean them with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then allow them to dry thoroughly before returning them to the graphic sheets.
